The blueprints made by Koloman Moser are among the most important designs from the time of the Wiener Jugendstil. His designs are beeing displayed in all big museums across the world and works by Moser achieve very high prices on the art market. This garnet de ball was designed by Moser for the ball of Vienna in 1901. The usage of precious resources like brass, enamel and velvet clearly shows the high value of craftsmanship in the society.
